Love this idea.
Maybe to give the jobber a bit of a chance, you could work from a pre-set list of holds (the higher the number of holds used, the more punishment the jobber takes).
They set a base time in minutes for the application of each hold.
After the heel writes his hold name down, but before the jobber writes his, he can ask the heel for a hint in the form of a letter used in the hold selected. But this comes at the cost of additional penalty minutes for each letter he asks for - 1min for the first clue, 2min for the 2nd, 3min for the 3rd etc.
If the jobber matches the heels hold, he just gets that one hold applied for the base time (+penalty minutes)
if the jobber gets it wrong, he has to endure first the hold he chose, then the hold the heel chose for the base+penalty time each.
EXTRA MEAN VERSION: each time the jobber gets it wrong, the hold he chose gets added to the sequence permanently, and is repeated before the other two chosen holds in each successive rounds. This happens *every* time he gets it wrong, which can result in him having to endure a whole series of holds each time.
Repeat until all holds on the list have been used. THEN, all holds the jobber guessed right are removed from the list, the "extra mean" repeats are removed from the sequence (if used) and the whole game starts again, and keeps repeating like this until the jobber has eliminated ALL holds by matching them correctly.
Got this idea from the game show Golden Balls. It's for two people, and you start by deciding who will be the heel and who will be the jobber for the game.
First, have some paper and something to write with ready. Both wrestlers write down the name of a hold on a piece of paper, then reveal their papers to each other at the same time. One of two things can occur at this point.
When the papers are revealed, if both wrestlers have written the name of the same hold, then you will spend a pre-agreed upon amount of time play wrestling and using that hold in a playful / erotic way.
If the wrestlers have written two different holds, however, then the heel will spend the pre-agreed upon amount of time using both holds aggressively on the jobber in a punishing / torturous way.
After the time is up, you can continue the game for as many rounds as you like, keeping the same jobber / heel dynamic used in the previous round or trading off between each round. The idea is to try and predict what your opponent might choose. As the jobber you could try and suggest a hold that would be fun to fool around in, like a bearhug or a grapevine, but you always have to be aware that if your opponent chooses something different, then that hold will be used to punish you instead. At the same time, the heel can be creative with his pick in order to try and guarantee the outcome they want as well.

Hadn't really thought about it, guess there really isn't an end state, just do it for as many rounds as you want!
