How do you plan it? where must it take place?

Each pair of participants schedule respectively and fight in Skype to decide which is winner. [draw is not counted]
Each pair report their match result.
[winner(finish time, finish move, KO or decision) loser]
And I'll renew the tournament table, make them start more matches.
