Im like ThickAbs. Im in the gym 4 days a week and I do a lot if ab work. It just takes less effort to tighten up. And you can take and absorb more when your n abs are conditioned for it. I love the rush when my stomach muscles are screaming from high forced reps. Leaves me on an endorphin High
That is good, but NOTHING is as good as regular action. The more you learn to take withouth going down, the stronger your abs get. I have been swapping since I was 17 and now feel like my abs are unbreakable unltees I WANT to give in!
i work my entire midsection very hard so it takes me very little effort to tighten up. I can take harder deeper blows with less effort I have 20 different work out routines to keep it interesting.
