Flexing is like lifting, you are pushing blood into your muscles to gorge them. I does take effort especially if flexing more than 10-15 minutes, for big guy like myself. It's like lifting anything heavy, grunts just com out. That is how it works for me. I don't grunt on purpose, but maybe I should if it enhances my worshipping boys experience. Just saying
