I'm in fairly good shape. I swam 2 mles daily until mid-2012. I fell and tore a rotator cuff. Complications from that led to inactivity until 2017. I swim 2 times a week now, either1 mile (1 1/2 hour, or 3/4 mile (70 minutes plus 1.2 water walking).
I have had mild cerebral palsy on my right side since birth.
I enjoyed mild wrestling with guys until my rotator cuff tear in 2012. Looking to do some mild wrestling again.
