WORLD OF RAWR
Cruising For Matches
I wonder how one goes about finding out if people on his cruise wants to roll. It's been a long summer with lots of activity, but not much in terms of the wrestling. I'm starting to cook up some things that may be exciting, but if it weren't for LikeToPin and shawty333, I'd be a lonely wrestling soul this summer (shoutout for Hanky, Opon84, and Nakofi for the spring this year. Mwah.)
Sure, I have Casino Rueda (google it, it's cool) to pass the time, but I'm tryna have these matches.
Aside the cruise, I'll be in Chicago for a few days as well. If you're in those areas and have a few hours free between September 1-3, let me know and let's try to arrange stuff!

8/26/2017 4:31 PMTry wearing a wrestling T-shirt and/or wrestling shoes; it might spark some interest.
Was in DC one summer with some friends/opponents, and we were at the Vietnam Memorial. One of my friends had on a wrestling T-shirt (It may have been one like "Iowa Wrestling" or some such one), and it did catch the eyes of 3 guys passing us. A match didn't happen because both groups were on their ways to different events, but the possibility was there.
Obviously, if you had on a Hillside T-shirt or one from other events, it signifies that you're a wrestler or at least interested.
Good luck!

8/26/2017 4:21 PMGood luck man. Dont make my mistake and waste your summers with these sites though or trying to meet gay guys. If you arent getting matches this summer, then the likelihood is you wont next one or the next one or so on.. I say go out and have a good time on your own, and enjoy the friends you did make if they still talk to you. Just an honest opinion from someone who does not want you getting sad, then desparate, then frustrated and angry, because that is the natural progression of things. <hug>
