Will I ever get 100
I'm getting a bit upset with some of my opponents, I had 96 yesterday, now it's gone down to 94 today ,I know at least another 7-10 that I've wrestled but have cancelled there account, some are genuine which is fine, why can't they just freeze it ,and keep friends grrr

4/28/2019 1:12 AMProbably something worth bringing up as a suggestion to admin. It doesn't make sense that people who have deleted their accounts still have their comments retained under posts like these, but they get removed from opponent counts.

4/29/2019 3:24 AMI used to have a lot of past opponents; I deleted account and am starting again... I am not concerned about the number of past opponents I had or have; more interested in quality... some guys will wrestle anyone just to get to 100...

I totally agree!! I look at this as any other social media site. I’m only going to add those that I’d be willing to meet up again.

4/29/2019 3:41 AMBe lucky you have the 94. Some of us have a hard enough time of getting one because of unreliability, or just plain fake.

4/29/2019 3:52 AMIndeed, then there are the guys who wrestle for a few minutes with those they’ve met at group meets. This basically adds to their tally of “matches” without much effort besides turning up at the meet.

Reasonable point some guys like meets, some don't. And those that do rack up matches faster. However, the meets do require some organising and those that do deserve commending for their efforts. Those that go to meets usually find them fun and do actually wrestle. They can also be a good opportunity for new guys to get some experience.

5/01/2019 5:30 PMHang in there Ripper you will get there. And you totally deserve the star.

5/02/2019 9:13 AMIt's even worse when you get a star because then you have the battle to keep it, unless you can do ten meets in a week you end up with a twinkling star, add one, lose one, have your star, lose it. Why admin can't allow ex members to stay on your list with a line through their name like they do in all the forums and comments I don't know. The only explanation I ever got is people meet leave and remain and my get counted twice but I'm sure admin is big and clever enough to think of a fix for that. A group meet is a good way to get a jump in numbers and despite the sneering some of us actually wrestle at group meets, not just shake hands to get a recommendation. Keep going!

This has been mentioned before, I wonder id admin could issue a non-expiring star at 100? The logic being that the person had meet 100 active MF members in the past. Members are bound to come and go so they yo yo effect doesn't make much sense. The 100 is just an arbitrary number signifying a lot of meets so probably not that important that the current number is spot on as long as it was reached once.
However having said that I don't know difficult that would be in programming - admins do loads of great work to keep this site running or if this is tricky I could understand it wasn't a big priority

So, some actually wrestle meets, but some simply shake hands and notch that up as a match hmmm
Or should it be sneer?
